Do you have questions about getting a green card based on a same-sex marriage?
A panel of San Francisco-based immigration attorneys will provide an overview of the impact of the recent Supreme Court case striking down the Defense of Marriage Act (“DOMA”) on immigration law.

The event will provide a free informative introduction to how the recent Supreme Court decision overturning DOMA has impacted immigration options for LGBT immigrants. The discussion will focus primarily on immigration options for same-sex couples and the process for applying for permanent residency based on a same-sex marriage license. Time permitting, the panel of three immigration attorneys will provide free consultations to attendees.
