The 2nd Annual ORAM Lecture Series Presents: Hidden Topics in LGBTI Asylum and Refugee Law
Learn about the most pressing, yet frequently overlooked, issues in LGBTI refugee law, Hidden Topics in LGBTI Asylum and Refugee Law will cover a variety of significant and current legal issues. Discussion will include key challenges for LGBTI refugees, jurisprudence trends in claim adjudication, successful resettlement models and strategies for attaining equal protection.
