Pursuant to BALIF’s By-laws, BALIF’s Nominating

Committee Announces:

There are NINE Board Positions open this year for election, four positions are available for male candidates, five positions are available for female candidates.

The Nominating Committee is still accepting nominations from the membership. If you are interested in serving, or if you would like to nominate a qualified member, please email BALIF Secretary, Nancy Lawlor, at nancy_lawlor@yahoo.com no later than 5:00 p.m. Tuesday, March 8, 2011. (Qualified members are those people who are members of BALIF. If your membership has lapsed, please renew! We want your participation!) Board members serve a two year term, and are required to attend Board meetings the third Monday of each month. They will also be expected to attend the BALIF working retreat weekend in mid-April, 2011. More information is available about BALIF and our Board of Directors on our website at www.balif.org.
